“Bangles” Day 44

Today I made the foolish mistake of waiting until after 12 noon to paint…for those of you outside of Oregon you may have trouble understanding why that was foolish…as I write this post (3:23 pm PT) it’s 102 degrees outside…in OREGON!

“Bangles” Day 28

Today it was all about the mandala background. Up until now they were a pronounced yellow, red, and blue. Now it’s time to tone them down a little bit by dabbing white over each background section.

I spent 2 hours painting today and to look at these photos, it will look like I took the day off. Today I painted with titanium white…the entire background and around the outer edges of all the yellow, red, and blue sections.
