During my day 3 coloring of section 1 of the 2012 Mandala of the Year, I forgot to bring my camera with me so the slideshow skips over the progress for day 3 and only shows the end of day 3 & a close up.

In working with a life coach about my fears, I sensed this fear-based energy as a heavy rock half in and half out of my stomach and chest area (solar plexus & heart areas).
